It is clear that all of the Trump’s nominees for the Supreme Court lied when they stated that Roe v. Wade was “settled” law. And, well, you know that lying to Congress under oath is against the law . . . and . . . Supreme Court Justices are impeachable. Just sayin’.
For you history buffs, the only Justice to be impeached was Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1805. The House of Representatives passed Articles of Impeachment against him; however, he was acquitted by the Senate. But this court is all for breaking new ground, setting aside precedents, so we could do it.
Uncommon Sense 
While Biden has had a remarkable run (which no one seems to pay attention to), I’m keen to see Pete Buttigieg in the Oval Wheelhouse. I think he knows how to fight these idiot ISIS-GOPs.

The heck with impeachment. Perjury is a felony. At the federal level it’s up to 5 years in a federal prison. They can be criminally charged, convicted and imprisoned without having to drag our increasingly dysfunctional congress into it.

“Do it” in what world? I can’t see any scenario where Democrats take the 70 or 80 seats in the Senate which would be needed to overcome the Manchins and other DINOs. Even then we would need years of cases winding through the courts to change anything significantly.
