    • Especially since it is quite true. In California’s case they examined all of the venues they were regulating and actually did some science to back up their regulations. The SCOTUS majority ignored the science. One satted that religion was treated differently from a grocery story, from which one could conclude that the grocery store restrictions need to be increased, but no, the churches restrictions had to be decreased.
